Construction of an $18.5 million FM 1774 overpass from FM 1486 south to FM 1488 in Magnolia is underway by TxDOT crews. Upon completion, the project will provide drivers a direct route across FM 1488 and the Union Pacific Railroad. Timeline: December 2016-third quarter 2019
