The Harris County Precinct 4 project seeks to improve traffic congestion and air quality by making improvements along North Eldridge Parkway. As part of the joint project with the Texas Department of Transportation, traffic signals will be added on North Eldridge in the Tomball area at New Hampton and Guernsey drives.
