The Texas Department of Transportation overpass will provide FM 1488 drivers a direct route across FM 149 and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. The $28.5 million project will also widen FM 1488 to four lanes between Mill Creek and Community roads with a continuous left-turn lane. Timeline: December 2015-first quarter 2018
