Home sales see decline in August in Tomball, Magnolia area

Home sales declined 6.9% year over year in August across the Tomball and Magnolia area, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Renee Leslie Group.

In four of the five Tomball- and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price also saw a decrease year over year in August. 77354 saw the largest decrease of 27.3%—going from $433,135 to $315,000.

Of the homes that sold in August in Tomball and Magnolia, 70.1% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
