Home sales see a 6.26% decline in Tomball, Magnolia area

Despite year-over-year growth in three of the Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, total home sales across all five area ZIP codes saw a 6.26% decline in June, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Renee Leslie Group.

Out of the five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, home sales saw the largest decline in 77375, with home sales decreasing 27.87%.

In three of the ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, median home prices increased year-over-year in June.

In June, 66.4% of homes sold in the Tomball and Magnolia area were priced between $250,000 and $499,999.
