As of mid-February, vacancy rates for office and retail properties in Tomball and Magnolia were up slightly from rates in the first quarter of 2018. The industrial vacancy rate fell from 4.3 percent in the first quarter of 2018 to 3.5 percent as of Feb. 18, 2019.
