Owners Shane and Mary Anniboli opened Funky Flamingo Shaved Ice Co. on April 20 at 618 Honea Egypt Road, Magnolia. The eatery offers 45 flavors of shaved ice snow cones, including "stuffed" snow cones made with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream. The 1.5-acre location also features picnic tables with umbrellas and games for children, such as cornhole and oversized Jenga.
