Kroger Marketplace will open in mid-2018 in the Grand Parkway Town Center, located at Hwy. 249 and the Grand Parkway in Tomball. Development company NewQuest Properties confirmed Kroger Marketplace as a tenant in mid-February. The large-scale grocer will include 115,000 square feet of retail space. While Kroger representatives said it is too early for the company to comment on the new Tomball store, Kroger Marketplace offers home goods, bed and bath products, small appliances, toys, fresh produce and other grocery items. www.kroger.com
