The Texas Department of Transportation and Houston TranStar database have announced multiple lane closures along Hwy. 249 in Tomball due to construction this week, March 12-16.

  1. One outside lane northbound between Brown Road and Spring Creek is closed daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 12, to Friday, March 16.
  2. One outside lane southbound between Spring Creek and Brown Road is closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 12, to Friday, March 16.
  3. Northbound and southbound lanes between the Harris-Montgomery county line and FM 149 are closed nightly 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, March 15. Three alternate lanes are available, but lane closures shift.
