See the rental rates for retail properties as of late November in the Tomball and Magnolia areas.

As of late November, total square feet of office, retail and industrial space in Tomball and Magnolia exceeded the amount of space in the market in the fourth quarter of 2018 for each category. Multiple buildings with new office, retail and industrial space are also under construction as of Nov. 19.
