Blisslicious Shakes & Teas is hosting a workshop of healthy cooking, at which participants will learn how to prepare several healthy recipes, including salad dressing, banana cookies, spinach crepes and protein waffles. The workshop is limited to 10 people so attendees are encouraged to reserve their spot as soon as possible.
