Graduation ceremonies for Magnolia ISD and Tomball ISD seniors will be held at Reed Arena and The Met Church between May 21-23. Here is everything you need to know about the ceremonies.
Dates to know
Both MISD and TISD will host graduation ceremonies at Reed Arena at Texas A&M University. Doors will open one hour before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.
MISD and TISD ceremonies at Reed Arena, 730 Olsen Blvd., College Station:
- Tomball: May 22, 8 a.m.
- Tomball Memorial: May 22, noon
- Magnolia West: May 23, 4-5:30 p.m.
- Magnolia High: May 23, 8-9:30 p.m.
TISD ceremony at The Met Church, 13000 Jones Road, Houston:
- Tomball Star Academy: May 21, 7 p.m.
What parents should know
Ceremonies at Reed Arena will operate with a clear bag policy; guests may bring a bag, but it will be checked at the entrance.
A noncomprehensive list of items prohibited in the arena includes:
- Artificial noise makers
- Balloons
- Air horns
- Glass vases (flowers allowed)
- Signs and posters
- Food & beverages (except one sealed plastic water bottle)
- Strollers (can be parked on the concourse, but not in the handicap areas)
- Tripods, professional cameras or video cameras with removable lenses
- Reusable cups or bottles
Reed Arena visitor parking will be in Lot 100 A-F and cost $10, cash or card.
