At Poke Hut, customers can create their own poke bowl. Poke bowls consist of a choice of rice and salad, a choice of protein, vegetables, sauce and toppings.

Poke Hut signature menu items include the chicken teriyaki bowl, vegetarian bowl—known as Skinny Girl—and Hula Hawaii. Ramen noodle options are also available.
