Co-owners James McFarland and Michael Michna opened Reveille Barbecue Co. in late May at 37421 FM 1774, Magnolia. Reveille sells Central Texas-style barbecue with sauces made in-house, rotating menu specials and a variety of sides, including borracho beans and blistered shishito peppers, McFarland said. Barbecue items include brisket, pork and beef ribs, pork belly and turkey. The eatery offers outdoor, shaded seating and is open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until sold out.
