Magnolia Acres, an event and photography venue, now open in Magnolia

Magnolia Acres, an event and photography venue, is now open in Magnolia, owner Sherri Stephens confirmed via email Feb. 14.

“We have owned our beautiful farm property for 29 years and recently fell in love with the idea of converting it into a farm venue and photo studio for our local community,” Stephens said. “We were attracted to building this for our area because there really has not been any farm venues open like this for our photography community and small events community in the area.”

The business offers small-event venue rentals, hourly photography rentals and memberships, Stephens said.

“We desire to work with photographers, event planners and anyone looking for a unique farmhouse venue,” Stephens said.

Stephens said the property has three main areas: the front porch, the barn and the chapel studio. People can rent specific areas or the full farm.

“Our mission at Magnolia Acres is to celebrate family and desire to help you build memories that are as special as you are,” Stephens said. “We want to help you by providing you with a safe place for you to come and make those key memories. Whether it is a small event, elopement or you are planning a photoshoot, we can do it all.”
