Data collected in October for home sales in September in The Woodlands area shows more homes were sold in four out of eight ZIP codes than one year prior, while sales dropped in three ZIP codes and stayed the same in 77384, according to Christine Hale Realty Group.

The median price of homes sold in September increased in four ZIP codes, including increases of 44.12% in 77380 and 25.76% in 77389.
Homes spent more days on the market in September 2026 than in September 2025 in five ZIP codes, while the number of days decreased in three. In 77375, the average time on the market increased from 60 to 99 days, while in 77384, it decreased from 115 to 80.
