Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea will open at 9511 FM 1488, Ste. 100, Magnolia, in the newly constructed Windcrest Village Square shopping center. Owners Heather and Arron Martin plan to open the location in December or January, Heather Martin said. The coffeehouse will offer classic cafe fare alongside global and Asian-influenced coffees and teas. Additionally, Sweetwaters will offer specialty drinks unique to the coffeehouse.
