Photo courtesy The Woodlands Development CompanyThe Woodlands Development Company celebrated the completion of framework construction Nov. 15 on its latest Class A office building, 3 Waterway.
Representatives from the Development Company, The Woodlands Township and tenants of the building were on hand to witness the final beam being hoisted into place atop the nine story, 192,000-square-foot building.
"We are changing the skyline a bit," said Alex Sutton, co-president of The Woodlands Development Company.
Construction began last fall on 3 Waterway and is 98 percent leased, said Susan Vreeland-Wendt, director of marketing for the Development Company. Tenants who have signed leases at the building are Nexeo Solutions, Waste Connections, Energy Alloys, Insperity and Next Decade.
