Thirteen office buildings totaling over 4 million square feet have been added to The Woodlands submarket over the last year. (2.5 million square feet was ExxonMobil)

Leasing in the second quarter has slowed compared to the last few years. The 648,000 square feet and 44 transactions in the second quarter of 2014 dropped to 128,000 square feet and 28 transactions.

Development continues this quarter with seven office buildings totaling 1.5 million square feet currently under construction and 29 buildings totaling 4.8 million square feet planned or proposed.
