Upscale salon Martinis and Manicures is preparing to open its second location at 8888 Metropark Drive, Shenandoah on Nov. 1. Owner Chrissy Wolfson said the salon offers a full service bar along with its nail services. Guests 21 and up will receive two alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available upon request. The salon offers manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails and waxing services.
