TRIS, formerly Hubbell & Hudson Bistro, opened Sept. 6 at 24 Waterway Ave., Ste. 125, The Woodlands. The new dining venture led by Chef Austin Simmons serves lunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., dinner from 6:30-10 p.m. and offers happy hour specials from 3-6:30 p.m. Named for Simmons’ daughter, TRIS boast a variety of cuisine from steak and seafood to salads and pasta. "While interior design changes will completely transform the Bistro into a whole-new TRIS concept, our guests should expect major changes to our menu as well as our service standards," Simmons said in a statement. "The elevated dinner experience at TRIS will even escalate our Cureight concept to a new level."
