The new dining venture led by Chef Austin Simmons serves lunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., dinner from 6:30-10 p.m. and offers happy hour specials from 3-6:30 p.m. Named for Simmons’ daughter, TRIS boast a variety of cuisine from steak and seafood to salads and pasta.
