Offering Texas-sourced food and drink options in The Woodlands, Local Pour’s most popular alcoholic beverage is the Ruby Slipper.

General manager Joe Wiley said the $10 drink is made with Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, Lillet wine, Monin White Peach syrup, fresh lemon juice and Champagne.

“It’s our top beverage above beer, wine and liquor,” Wiley said.

Besides having a wide array of drink specialties, Wiley said the restaurant offers American-style cuisine, but uses local farms and products from across Texas.

“It’s an upscale, casual feel here,” he said. “We wanted to have local stuff, and there’s a gastropub feel. Ninety percent of our beer taps are from Houston.”

Local Pour opened in 2014 in Hughes Landing on Restaurant Row and also features live entertainment on weekends.
