Tommy Bahama, a retail outlet that sells beach-inspired clothing, also features a restaurant attached to its store that offers a variety of drink and food options.
While its drink menu features different martinis, signature cocktails, rum concoctions and wines, one of its more popular drinks is the Pineapple Paradisio.
Made with Bacardi Pineapple, St-Germain Elderflower liquor, Creme de Banana, scratch sour mix and pineapple, the $12.50 martini is colorful and easy to drink.
“We sell a lot of cocktails,” General Manager Adrian Gonzales said. “We have happy hour every day of the week from 4-6 p.m.”
