Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen is known for its Cajun food and its New Orleans-style cocktails.
The eatery’s most popular beverage is the New Orleans’s signature cocktail, Pat O’Brien’s Hurricane. The drink is made with three kinds of rum: Gosling’s dark rum, Bacardi Superior and Bacardi 151. Pat O’Brien’s Hurricane mix is then added to the cocktail.
Manager Ryan Kimmel said the $12 cocktail is part of the Cajun cuisine at Schilleci’s, and the restaurant as a whole has been popular with residents for several years.
“For about five years, we’ve been the No. 1 restaurant in The Woodlands on both Yelp and OpenTable,” Kimmel said.
