Jasper’s in Market Street is home to gourmet backyard cuisine and handcrafted martinis like the popular Big Daddy Martini.
The Big Daddy Martini is made with Deep Eddy vodka, homemade sweet and sour and simple syrup. Fresh orange and lemon is then added to the drink.
General Manager Frank Santos said the signature drink will be a part of the new happy hour menu Jasper’s will be starting this summer that will feature new food and drink menu items.
“We’ll be rolling out a new menu any day now,” Santos said. “It will have new food items and new cocktails, along with more wine.”
