Herb & Beet, a Southern- and health-inspired seasonal eatery, marked its one-year anniversary in The Woodlands area earlier this summer. The restaurant is located at 448 Sawdust Road, Spring, and celebrated its first full year of operation June 24, according to co-founder E'Leece Miner.
