Haven Event Venue officials said Mark Zientek and Autumn Sipes, owners of The Refuge Steakhouse & Bourbon Bar, will open Haven Event Venue to hold private events, weddings and company functions. Officials said the venue is open for booking now, with a grand opening planned for Oct. 22. Proceeds from the event will benefit Interfaith of The Woodlands, according to details from the venue.
