MetroPark Square Phase 2, transportation projects and wine and beer permits were a few topics of discussion at Shenandoah City Council’s Nov. 14 meeting. Council members Charlie Bradt, Ted Fletcher and Ron Raymaker were in attendance. Mayor Ritch Wheeler and council members Mike McLeod and Byron Bevers were absent. Bradt served as mayor pro-tem.
