Irving-based Del Frisco's Restaurant Group announced June 24 it had entered into an acquisition agreement with the private equity firm L Catterton, expected to be completed later this year. Del Frisco's operates four restaurant brands throughout the country, including Barcelona Wine Bar, bartaco, Del Frisco's Grille and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House. In a news release, the restaurant company also announced L Catterton plans to run bartaco and Barcelona Wine Bar separately from the two Del Frisco's steakhouse brands once the acquisition is complete. Del Frisco's Grille operates one restaurant in The Woodlands, located at 1900 Hughes Landing Blvd., Ste. 500, which opened in 2015.
