Several businesses opened this summer or are planning new locations in The Woodlands area. Here is a look at a few of these updates, including Bobbie Marie Jewelry and Lobb’s Padel.
Bobbie Marie Jewelry
Bobbie Marie Jewelry opened on July 1 at The Woodlands Mall, owner Bobbie Marie said.
The store offers rings, necklaces, cuffs, earrings and more. According to its website, the shop also offers permanent jewelry, which is attached to the wrist and welded in place.
Lobb’s Padel
Lobb’s Padel held a soft opening on Aug. 7, and it will hold a grand opening Sept. 19, offering padel courts and coffee at its new location in The Woodlands, owners Justin Huet Dastarac and Victor Ernaelsteen said.
Lobb’s Padel will have amenities such as a coffee shop, bar and a wellness area with cold plunges and an infrared sauna with red-light therapy.
Studio 3113 Needlework
Studio 3113 opened on Aug. 1, offering needlework supplies such as canvas and thread, according to co-owner Beth Griffin.
The shop will also host community gatherings and needlework classes.
GolfTRK
A new location of GolfTRK, an indoor golf training center, is in the works for Oak Ridge North, according to a state filing.
GolfTRK uses modern technology and traditional instruction to help customers improve their golf swing, according to information on the website. Based in Prairie Village, Kansas, GolfTRK has franchised over 40 locations, according to its website.
La Madeleine
La Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe held its grand opening in The Woodlands on Aug. 19, a restaurant employee confirmed.
La Madeleine serves breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including French onion soup, Crêpe la Madeleine, strawberry chocolate eclairs and sacher torte parfait.
