More homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in July compared to July 2024, with 271 homes sold versus 253 last year, according to data from real estate company Homeward.

Homes in 77459 spent the longest on average among the ZIP codes, with 89 days on the market for the 109 homes sold, according to the data.
