Amador Soto, co-owner of both Soto’s Kitchen locations in Missouri City, is in the process of creating a new menu for his restaurants.

“Little by little we are going to take the Tex-Mex options off the menu and are going to add more authentic Mexican dishes,” Soto said. “The challenge is making traditional Mexican food appeal to our customers.”
Soto said the menu change will allow the restaurant to provide the community with options that are not available elsewhere.
The menu at both locations will change by February. Soto said he will change the menu again in six months to include items that are more appropriate for the summer months.
