Windstream began offering its Kinetic TV service to Sugar Land customers April 11. Kinetic TV is currently available in three Windstream customer markets, and Sugar Land was the first in Texas to receive the fiberbacked service. The expanded service will affect more than 30,000 homes, company representatives said. Kinetic is available only as part of a bundle with Windstream internet service. www.windstream.com
