Blue Fin Car Wash will begin construction in Missouri City this summer. Owner Shawn Dhukka said the 1.5-acre business will be located at the corner of Plantation Ridge Drive and Murphy Road. Blue Fin Car Wash will have free vacuuming stations, exterior washes, oil changes and some car detailing services available.
