Harmony Public Schools broke ground on the Harmony School of Science-Sugar Land—a new high school campus located at 13738 Old Richmond Road, Sugar Land—on Nov. 1.
"We are excited to further serve the Sugar Land-area community," said Ramazan Coskuner, Harmony Public Schools South-West District superintendent, in a news release. "The new campus will allow more students to get the high-quality, STEM education that Harmony Public Schools is known for."
Officials with the school are planning to complete construction in the spring and open the campus for the 2022-23 school year.
This building will serve more than 900 students in ninth to 12th grades and is a part of Harmony Public School's 2020-25 expansion plan.
