DIY Candle Making
Make your own candle at Hue Darling Candle Co. using premium fragrances. There are multiple time slots every Thursday and Friday as well as some weekends.
Bingo Player Appreciation Night
The Houston Elks will host a player appreciation night featuring bingo, pull tabs, raffles and food.
Board Game Night
Play classic board games or discover new ones at this come-and-go event at Sugar Land Branch Library. Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Houston Elks Kids’ Barbeque
Kids ages 7 to 11 are invited to try their hand at grilling to prepare two burgers. Barbecue pits and burger fixings are provided.
Teen Video Game Day
Teens can visit the Missouri City Branch Library for a chance to play popular video games with friends and library staff.
Dollar Dogs and Waggin’ Wednesdays at Constellation Field
Enjoy ballpark hot dogs for $1 and bring furry friends to see the Sugar Land Space Cowboys on Wednesdays.
Under the Sea Art Workshop
Parents and kids are invited to The Teahouse Tapioca and Tea Sienna for a painting and crafting event led by Taylor McCoy of Otter Creek Art.
Bun B Presents Been Ridin’ Dirty
Join Houston rap icon Bun B for a live performance at Smart Financial Centre celebrating 30 years of “Ridin’ Dirty,” his hit album with the group UGK.
Movies on the Square
Watch “Back to the Future” and enjoy free popcorn in Sugar Land Town Square.
Shark Week Showdown Races
Run a shark-themed mile, 5K or 10K race in Oyster Creek Park. The race also has a kids’ dash for runners ages 10 and under.
