Buttermilk Baby has rescheduled the opening of its incoming Sugar Land restaurant for later in 2025, representatives for Berg Hospitality Group said.

The new nostalgic, whimsical diner opened a location in the Houston Heights back in September, per previous Community Impact reporting. The restaurant marries fine-dining with fast-casual to create a new way of dining, coined "casual cool," according to an email from the business' representatives.
The American restaurant will feature modern vintage aesthetics and comfort food favorites, such as burgers, chicken tenders and hot dogs.
