A new community for adults 55-plus is set to break ground in Sienna this fall, according to a July 16 news release from Toll Brothers Inc.
About the project
The development company will offer 12 different home designs ranging from 1,599 to 3,200 square feet, priced around $400,000-$600,000, according to the company’s website.
The community will also be an “active neighborhood,” featuring numerous trails, parks, and amenities, including a fitness center, pool and pickleball courts, per the release. Residents will also have access to Sienna amenities.
