In Spring, the Aria at Ella apartments are now open and available to rent, according to an email from a spokesperson with builder Anchor Construction-Management.

The 136-unit gated apartment complex offers amenities, such as a fitness center and in-home washers and dryers. Construction on the Aria at Ella began in early 2023.
