Construction on the Aria at Ella apartments is expected to finish by the end of December, according to a Dec. 6 email from a spokesperson with builder Anchor Construction-Management.

The company anticipates tenants will be moved into the 136-unit complex by January. The Aria at Ella is a 114,038-square-foot property.
