A new co-branded Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery opened in Spring on Oct. 6, according to a spokesperson with PR firm JConnelly. At this location, customers can enjoy sugary treats such as build-your-own cookie shakes; ice cream sandwiches; and ice cream sundaes with cookies, cheesecake and brownies. Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery are sister brands and are both national chains. The store is located at 19507 N.
