I-45 Diner has opened a second location in Spring, according to a Jan. 2 message from a spokesperson for the business. The restaurant’s original location is at 19790 I-45, Spring.

I-45 Diner serves breakfast staples, such as pancakes, waffles and breakfast burritos; American fare, such as pot roast and chicken fried steak; and Tex-Mex cuisine, including fajitas and enchiladas. The location opened after almost a year since being announced.
