After almost a year since being announced, I-45 Diner’s second location is expected to open soon in Spring, according to a Dec. 16 message from a spokesperson for the business. The restaurant’s original location is at 19790 I-45, Spring.

I-45 Diner serves breakfast staples, such as omelets and waffles; American fare, such as burgers and meatloaf; and Tex-Mex cuisine, including enchiladas and burritos.
