Husband and wife Chad and Caroline Cobell, the owners of Caroline's Kitchen in Tomball, are planning to open a new concept in Spring, Caroline's—A Healthy Eatery, at 9440 Louetta Road, Ste. 12. An opening date had not been announced as of Aug. 2. According to the restaurant's Facebook, the restaurant and bakery was created for those who have dietary restrictions, as well as for those who follow ketogenic and paleo lifestyles.
