Bocados Burger & Grill manager Gabriel Montenegro said the former food truck opened a brick-and-mortar location in late 2024. The food truck was founded by Andres Delgado in 2020.

On the menu

Bocados Burger & Grill specializes in gourmet burgers with menu items including the Avocado Queen, Mr. Cheese, Venezuelan and the Meet La Grosa—a burger with Angus beef, Argentinian chorizo, Monterey cheese, an egg and chimichurri.

Owner Andres Delgado said though the brick and mortar is labeled Bocados Cafe, the restaurant has returned to its original name, Bocados Burger & Grill. While the sign has not yet been updated, digital platforms, menus and business materials reflect this change.
