Family-owned Karak chai and coffee franchise Karak House Coffee Co. is opening a new location in Spring late 2026 on Louetta Road, founder Junaid Malik said.
The details
Founded in 2023, Karak House Coffee Co. blends Indonesian-Pakistani and Middle Eastern flavors with traditional recipes, Malik said. According to the website, their menu includes:
- Specialty teas: Signature Karak Chai, Karak Mint Tea, Moroccan Mint Tea and Turkish Black Tea
- Specialty lattes: Karak Latte, Matcha Tea Latte, Golden Saffron Latte
- Coffee drinks: Date Cardamon Latte, cappuccinos, drip
- Refreshers: Rose Mint Lemonade, Cucumber Mint Lemonade, rose milk
- Pastries and desserts: Milk Cake, cheesecke, Pistachio Knafeh Cookie
The upcoming Spring location is one of 30 new franchise locations Karak House Coffee Co. is planning to open across the United States by summer 2027, Malik said.
