Haus of Innergy, a locally owned fitness studio specializing in group classes, is now open near East Louetta and Lexington roads, owner Shelita White-Russ said. White-Russ said her inspiration to open Haus of Innergy dates back to 2010 when she started her own fitness journey, initially feeling out of place and "searching for something that felt motivating and authentic."

The facilities offer services for adult sleep apnea, pediatric sleep, orthodontics and general and cosmetic dentistry.
Mavis Tires & Brakes to open newly constructed location in Spring
Construction for a new ground-up building for a Mavis Tires & Brakes business was completed in April, according to a TDLR filing. Founded in 1972, Mavis Tires & Brakes has over 3,500 locations across the United States and Canada, per the website. The business offers tires, oil, brakes, batteries, alignments, suspension, exhaust, state inspections and other auto repair and services.
