Precise Technical Services, currently serving Houston and the Greater Houston area, is expanding with a location in Klein, the business owner confirmed.
The full-service HVAC company is constructing two buildings, which add a warehouse and two-story office space to its service area, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
The details
Construction is slated to begin Oct. 1, according to the filing, with plans to finish by October 2027. The project is estimated to cost $2.9 million. With construction yet to begin, owner Aggie Hemmat said an opening date has not been determined.
