The owners of restaurants Rao's Bakery and Hasta la Pasta—each located in a shopping center at Cypresswood Drive and Stuebner Airline Road that sustained flooding damage during Hurricane Harvey—have said they hope to open again in November. Here are a few other businesses in Spring and Klein that have opened or plan to do so in the next several months following damage from the flood.
