Live, work, play all in one place at Austin’s EastVillage

EastVillage is a 425-acre mixed use development that offers a unique blend of homes, restaurants, retail shops, hotels and entertainment.

The community includes 466 single-family homes by KB Homes, 2,500 multifamily apartments, three hotels and approximately 350,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.

With a village green space in the center of the community, residents can enjoy events such as farmers markets and live music from local musicians.

“We're looking forward to really activating the whole village green and town center so that we can provide entertainment for residents or people visiting,” said Gordon Reger, president and CEO of Reger Holdings, the project’s developer.

EastVillage is designed with walkability in mind, allowing residents to avoid the traffic and live, work and play in one place.

“If you live there, you can walk to work, you can walk to the restaurants and you can walk to shopping areas,” Reger said. “It's really the only development of this type in the whole northeast section of the city of Austin.”

EastVillage is located directly across from Samsung on Parmer Lane. It is also near major employment hubs, such as Dell, National Instruments, General Motors, The Home Depot Technology Center and Amazon. This technology corridor is home to thousands of employees seeking convenient access to dining, shopping and entertainment options just minutes from their offices

The community recently welcomed BillionToOne, which focuses on prenatal and oncology diagnostics. The facility, anticipated for completion in 2026, will employ more than 1,000 employees with a range of opportunities from laboratory technicians and clinical laboratory scientists up to automation engineers and post-doctoral researchers.

In addition, the community is welcoming its first three retailers: Club Studio, 810 Billiards & Bowling and Swish Dental.

With a diverse range of housing options—a mixture of single-family homes and apartments—EastVillage offers something for everyone. In addition, EastVillage will have over 5 miles of hike and bike trails traveling through a 150-acre park.

“Some of the trails at EastVillage are already open, and we’re looking forward to completing the rest of the trails so that we can connect the single-family homes to the green in the town center,” Reger said.

Two pickleball courts have been installed and are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Vaughan is currently the only apartment complex at EastVillage, but The Janis is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.

The Vaughan apartments feature amenities such as:
  • Outdoor gaming space with BBQ kitchen
  • Coworking lounge
  • 24-hour fitness center
  • Resort-style pool
  • Dog park & pet spa
  • Valet trash service and more
Reger said he is excited about the future of EastVillage and all the community has to offer.

“We want everybody who visits EastVillage to have a memorable experience, whether it’s a resident or a visitor coming by for a shopping, dining or live music experience on the village green,” Reger said.

EastVillage is located at 3500 East Parmer Lane. To learn more about residential offerings, or to inquire about office or retail leasing opportunities, visit EastVillageATX.com.
